Yes, you would have to attack on the basis of false and misleading 
advertising, which would be expensive.  And, that's what they are counting 
on.

I did receive confirmation from "Holly Taylor" who works in Rick Germano's 
area, which is Comcast's Customer Operations staff.

The confirmation was that the limit is indeed 250, not 2 as the tech had 
informed me.
