As I am sure you know, a brain isn't required in Windows, so for about 
15 years I suffered with that problem, unable to find the answer.  I 
already answered a similar post, but it makes me laugh.  Sometimes it 
worked OK, so I must have hit the wrong button then, and it corrected 
the problem.  I am laughing again, because, I can't tell you what an 
annoyance that has been over the years, and how happy I would be when I 
screwed up unknowingly and corrected the problem.  And I still don't 
know what the insert key is used for.  I am going to google it now.
