I find it highly more likely that M$ got its idea from Apple's Dashboard who
in turn probably got the idea from Karamba/SuperKaramba. :-)

Now... does anyone know how to move the panel and change its size? Cant find
anything in System Settings but im not totally familiar with it because I
normally use kControl...
