not file bug reports against the packages in this release."

I currently work with KDE 4.1rc1 and there are indeed a lot of bugs in this 
release. However, the possibilities look promising. Tomorrow, the final version 
4.1 is expected and most of the bugs will probably still be there. I think we 
may file some bugs against those packages.
