It has been answered many times on this list and one way to do it if
you don't want to remove D3lphine is to...

Open Konqueror, click on 'Settings' > 'Configure Konqueror' > 'File
Associations' >
'inode' - select directory and system_directory and in the 'Application
preference order' list move Konqueror above Dolphin.
