I recommend Ubuntu for working in an MS environment. I have NO
complaints about Ubuntu 8.10. Evolution does exchange nicely.
Install OOo 3 from the PPA for excellent MS format support. If you do
administration, tsclient is your friend.
I prefer KDE, but for a heterogeneous environment, go with Ubuntu.
And for KDE users complaining about KDE 4, I have two words, "Debian Lenny".
