The default for the PDF output should be in a directory in your home
directory named PDF. I have not seen it place the file on the desktop
before. Try again, selecting PDF as the output type and then look in
~/PDF for the output. I do this all of the time so I know it will work.

Sometimes I wonder. Were our faith able to stand upright and look around, would it be looking down at the mustard seed or standing in awe of the height and breadth of it.
