Install problem QTparted

I just took a look at the menu entry, and I think the problem is that
it calls "qtparted-root" which does not exist. if you right-click on
the entry, you can choose "edit item" and change the command to
"kdesudo qtparted"

I'll file a bug on this when I get home tonight.
