Kubuntu 8.10 (ready or not ? )

And what programs are you using and depending on?

I have used 8.10 on my main desktop and it works for the most daily
tasks. Just after i installed it i had a lot of crashes in several
different programs but that has improved with the resent KDE and
kernel updates. If it was my work machine i would not upgrade if it
wasn't that i depend on some new versions of a program.
