How do I locate Kwallet configuration.

Thanks so much!!!  I was writing a response that was getting very windy, 
so I started over, but the way you helped me today has been a break 
through for me.  If you want to know why, ask I will tell you on your 
email address rather than the forum?  You would laugh at the gyrations I 
went through to apply your instructions.  If you knew, you would then 
know why so many of us are so dense.  As a result of your post, I will 
surely be able to reduce the number of questions I have to ask.  I 
really think the revelation is worthy of a post, but I don't think I 
could tell all in 40kb.  I do think it would help a lot of new people.  
Anyway thanks again, I am so very happy.  It is like getting corrective 
lenses to clear the blur.
