IIRC I did get this working some time ago. The problem is 
the bios. If I set the bios boot order to check the second 
drive first, I have to have in the stanza a reference to 
the second drive as if it is the first drive i.e. hd0. I 
haven't tried this but I'm sure that is what I did and it 
worked ok and it would explain the "File Not Found" error.
