How do I copy contents of a URL into Open Office?

OK Steven, I just did this.

In the web page, hold down your left mouse button (just to the left of the
title, A Guided Tour) and holding the left mouse button down, move the mouse
down until the entire table is highlighted.

Then press Ctrl-C.

Then click inside the Open Office document and press Ctrl-V.

The table is now in your document.
