Changing screen DPI settings

i'm not sure, it's been a while since i used KDE3, but i think in KDE4
and KDE3 it's in the same section. go to system settings, appearance,
the section about fonts and such stuff. i'm on windows right now, but
i think it's called fonts. there is a DPI setting over there.
