Thanks Derek,

You are right.  I got the problem fixed.  I must have overlooked the 
problem 50 times; I don't know how.  Nonetheless, Valter Mura pointed 
out the embarrassing solution.  I am sorry to have taken your time on 
this, but I probably have overlooked the problem another 50 or more 
times and still not seen it, if it hadn't been for him.  It was obvious 
which made it embarrassing.  Thanks for trying, you and many others have 
been very kind about this.
