Free computers?

The best I've got from stuff put out on the pavement (sidewalk) in the small 
town where I live in France, is a couple of keyboards. There were 15" crt 
monitors as well, but I've only got a bike, and those were seriously out of 
the question.

If there had of been PC's, I think I would have struggled along with one, 
balanced it on the saddle, and walked the 3 miles home.
