Whats "wrong" is that kate is being run as root, but is trying to
access files that belong to you (the user).
This is normal and expected since sudo doesn't create a new
environment, but uses the one laready existing.

In short: you can ignore these "errors" if the kate window opens
anyway (this is what happens with me).
