9.04: is KDE 4.2 ever making it to 8.10?

Hmmm.  I've noticed a few things that are still KDE3... Kaffeine being 
the one I use most.  Does anyone know a way to find all the 'old' 
programs? And ones that are 32bit on the 64bit system? (I've noticed a 
lib32 folder in the root tree...)
