Keeping in mind we're talking about KDE 3.5.x, all you do is right click
the icon, then "Configure <icon name> button"(example: "Open Office.org
word processor button") > General tab > then click the icon in the general
tab > choose new icon > click ok.
If the desired icon is not in the available selection, find the location
of the target icon, rename the current icon with a .old extension, paste
the new with the exact name of the icon that you wish to replace.
Keep in mind that for KDE icons, such as the K menu button, many updates
to KDE will replace your custom button with the default button.
