Keyboard stopped working on default desktop but works on grub and login.

Well, that's tricky. If you have any unsaved data in the locked session I
have no idea how to save them.
You can kill the xserver of the locked session with the shortcut
Ctrl-Alt-Backspace - maybe you have to hold the keys for some time until
the slow key delay is over. Then login again and go to K-menu -> System
Settings -> Accessibility. At the tab "Modifier Keys" make sure that "Use
sticky keys" is unchecked. At the tab "Keyboard filters" make sure
that "Use slow keys" is unchecked. At the tab "Activation Gestures" make
sure that "Use gestures for activating sticky keys and slow keys" is
unchecked. Then click "Apply" and your keyboard should work as usual
again.
