Adept not showing some packages

I found the same thing tonight too.  I'm in Jaunty Alpha4 right now and 
neither Adept Manager nor Synaptic are working correctly.  It seems that not 
all of the package list is being read by the programs.  I even had to manually 
edit the sources.list file to get the third party repository that comes 
commented out.  Lancelot does not have up & down scroll bars either.

Kpackage was not installed with 4.2 but I just installed it manually.  It too 
has the same problem.  Bookmark this link, it lists all the packages available 
for Jaunty.  Then you can search and install manually.

Those are the only two things I found buggy, everything else I used works and 
seems faster than Intrepid to me.  Pretty good for an alpha version.
