There used to be a little paper semi-booklet that came in the blister pack or 
was the last time I bought some, but that was probably 4-5 years back up the 
log.  I use it annually on at least 2 machines here and still have half of 
the original little teeny tube that works somewhat like a hypo needle.

No D---- Idea how they are packaging it today though.
