Whoohoo!!  Finally got the 247D1CFF key today!!  I've tried for over a month 
and the site always timed out!  Happy, happy am I!!  I used the above method 
and now my update manager states it was updated less than an hour ago rather 
than weeks ago!!  THANK YOU for posting this!  :)  :)
