re hot to documents and bootdisk

I tried looking for the file  "/usr/share/doc/HOWTO" thru Dolpin

but nothing there, but when I am in "K" again I will look again 

in "/usr/share/doc/HOWTO/en-html/HOWTO-INDEX/howtos.html "
