HOWTO directory

Sure. With konqueror or dolphin navigate to the 
directory /usr/share/doc/HOWTO/en-html/HOWTO-INDEX/ and look for the file 
index.html. Drag that file to your desktop and select "Link Here" at the 
dialog which asks what to do with the file.

I would dearly like to have this HOWTO directory, but it don't exist on my kubuntu 8.10
neither does Adept find anything for HOWTO.
