I am kind of entering without reading all past posts, however, I have a coming
driver install problem. I am in Intrepid with the new install, so it may be
different from yours, however, what I found was that you should use the drivers
provided by kubuntu and avoid downloading drivers from other sources. They
said that Kubuntu Intrepid drivers worked. This may be wrong, but I would at
least look to Kubuntu as the source for drivers for Intrepid. I have been
relying on that advice until I receive back my RMA'd motherboard. Hope this
is useful.
