How do I join two .rar folders?

The point is that rar can split files into several parts. These (small) 
parts can be sent via email even if the mail provider(s) don't allow huge 
attachments. For p2p distribution or ftp / http download there is no 
advantage because these protocols allow to continue an interrupted 
download.
