Problem with Live CD.

It is impossible to save me from myself.  I have always reached way past my 
abilities. When concerning physical things, it has hospitalized me for months 
and months many times.  And if i don't try, I just go crazy.  All I do is 
think about it, until I finally get involved.  Thanks for any help you provide.
