kontact/kmail needs X reset after resume

IMAP folders?  If so, and it just started happening - lucky you :-)

This has bugged me for five years (and is still an issue in KDE4), but the 
simple solution is to close KMail (completely - don't just click on the 
window close button), and restart it.
