Thank you! We'll file the bugs.

I won't rehash the reasons here, suffice to say that KDE 4 was a
complete rewrite of KDE, not a port from Qt3 to Qt4.

Exactly.

What is "horrible" about Konqueror in KDE 4? What features is it
missing from KDE 3?

If you cannot enumerate them all, then let's start by enumerating two
of them. I'll file the bugs, and as you find more let me know. Thanks.

With very few exceptions, Qt 4 programs run much faster on the same
hardware as Qt 3 programs. There were some bugs, notably with Kontact,
but they've been sorted out. Where do you see KDE 4 programs being
slower than their KDE 3 counterparts?

The first KDE 4.x release meant for end users was KDE 4.2. Any
functionality missing from that release is a bug. If you find
something missing, please let me know. Thanks.

You are 100% right, KDE 4 is not yet as functional as KDE 3. That is
why on the download page both KDE 3 and KDE 4 are available, with KDE
3 labeled as "the more mature version".

_I_ didn't, but the KDE developers did a beautiful task. However, it
is known that KDE 4 is less complete than KDE 3. That is why KDE needs
users like you to tell them what is missing. There is no checklist of
features to port from KDE 3 to KDE 4. Only the bug reports that you
and I make.

Just tell me what is missing and I'll do my best to take care of it.
But your feedback is essential. If you don't tell me what is missing,
then the feature will never be added. Just waiting for KDE 4 to turn
into KDE 3 is not going to help, it won't happen.
