Clicking on plasmoid Desktop Folders opens Kaffeine

Intrepid KDE 4.2.  All folders in the 'Desktop Folder' Plasmoid and 
'Home' folder Plasmoid open Kaffeine Player when you click on them.

Also, Kmenu button has disappeared from panel.
