Not only have I tried their suggestion, I have a couple of cd's that 
have all the .bbl files, that is not the problem.  Perhaps I put them in 
the wrong place, but not remembering the location, I just searched for 
the .bbl for the installed KJV+ version and put them there.  I have done 
this at least 10 times, I thing an old mind is interfering.  But just a 
little while ago  I installed it on my other Intrepid box 32bit and it 
worked right out-of-the box.  I will get it, it is just strange.  Thanks!
