Using Kmail to send mail through Gmail

No, he is talking about using kmail to send through the gmail smtp server.  I 
do that as I don't like web based editors.  I much prefer to use KMail.  I 
also have KMail receive mail directly from gmail without forwarding it to me.  
just like I would use any ISP's mail service.  It works for me whenever I am 
outside of my ISP's coverage.  And I believe he found his problem and 
corrected it in having the wrong encryption method enabled.
