Setting up the keyboard layout from CLI

Hello,

I want to set up my keyboard layout from CLI using the tool that runs as
part of the installation of Ubuntu from the Alternative CD image. It askes a
bunch of questions regarding which keys are present on my keyboard and so
setsts up the correct layouts.

Is this tool available on an already installed system?
