A lot of these issues listed are either fixed already or don't exist in 
Kubuntu (the author is using Debian Unstable after all). And some are 
(at least imo) features that were seldom utilized by great numbers of users.

Using the topic title that "KDE4 simply broken" is just plain silly.
"I don't care for KDE4" is rather more accurate, useful and honest.
