I suppose you have the default setup for the toolbar icons which is text 
alongside icons. Then click on the tiny ">>" symbol at the very right of 
the toolbar to reach the invisible icons. If you want icons only, you 
can select it at systemsettings -> appearence -> style -> fine tuning -> 
text position.
