Cannot send file from bluetooth phone to Jaunty

I have a Nokia 6288 with bluetooth. I can successfully send files from
my Jaunty laptop (KDE 4.2.3) to the phone, however, I when attempting
to send files from the phone to the laptop I encounter a connection
error on the phone. The phone and laptop have been paired, the laptop
is set to discoverable, and the obex server is active.
