I have a problem with BBC iPlayer, it tells me to install flashplayer
and gives me the URL to adobe downloads, unfortunately adobe
downloads doesn't contain a 64 bit arch .deb or tar.gz file.
I had already installed flashplayer 10 from the karmic distros but
the iPlayer obviously doesn't see it. both firefox and mozilla plugin
directories contain flashplugin .so files. I might add that it worked
AOK in jaunty before I upgraded to karmic, anybody got any clues? I've
un-installed/re-installed flashplayer using kpackagekit bit no diff.
-----------------
You can forget the above, I forgot to try throwing away my .mozilla and
and starting firefox from scratch after the upgrade - this fixed it.
