plasma-widget-networkmanagement-dbg (kde networking manager plasma debugging package) on Jaunty

The KDE Network plasmoid (KNetworkManager I believe) seems to be causing
Plasma to crash with a SIGSEGV.  I would thus like to install the
associated debugging package to help track down the issue.  I see that
plasma-widget-networkmanagement-dbg exists, but only from karmic onwards.

Can anyone recommend a possible solution, such as a PPA?  Also, if you
know of any bugs relating to this, that could be helpful.
