No it's not "ready", in that it's not officially supported either by Canonical or by the KDE team (yet) but it does work and I've been using it for a while. It has a slimmed-down interface in the style of other netbook remixes, but whereas Ubuntu remix (and the awful Xandros crud that came preinstalled on my Aspire One) look like something out of a toy shop and don't provide anything in the way of new or interesting ideas, the KDE netbook remix actually has some interesting features and clever ideas that do actually make the netbook easier to use than if it had a 'standard' desktop on it. If I could do it I might even install it on my 'normal' laptop.
