wubi installation error 22 on vista

Hi! I'm tryin to install wubi - kubuntu GUI - on a secondary sata hd on a
vista pc.

As the installation process ends to copy all the files I get an error 22.
Here's the final part of the log with the error:

Can you help me? I tried to do the 30 gb, and the 17 gb installation with
