Kubuntu 9.04 setting date and time automatically

Not here. With kde from ppa on Intrepid, I am not asked for 
a password.

correct, sorry for the typo.


But, it DOES work....
....since when I use "kdesudo systemsettings", I  can easily 
enable the ntp settings. Furthermore, the checkmark to use 
the ntp server stays until using kdesudo systemsettings, 
once again.
