yes, I am now on Intrepid KDE 4.3.1

Sorry, here at my Intrepid 32bit, it is only disabled when
using systemsettings as user.
With "kdesudo" in front, it is checked anytime, after having
checked it initially.
And imho this makes some sense, since the "shift+F1"
helptext (labelled: what is this?) says exactly this, at
least imho.
What does not make sense is that the "normal" user does not
see it checked. Imho it should be checked and greyed out and
there needs to be an explanation for this on top.
