Does not Okular open CHM files?

People,

I'm under the impression that I was able to open CHM files with Okular 
several months algo, when I used to run Fedora.
Now, with (K)Ubuntu 9.04, I can't. Okular says it could not find a 
plugin to handle the selected document.
Does such a plugin exist in Ubuntu repos? I couldn't find it.
I'm using kchmviewer to read CHM files for now, but would rather use a 
KDE 4 application.
