Starting KTTSD Failed

Do you have the package kdeaccessibility installed or did you have it
in your previous installation? It conflicts with kttsd and might be at
the origin of this problem. If you don't, you should check  in System
Settings, if there is any Accessbility service activated.
Did you keep your /home partition when you installed Karmic Alpha?
Then check in the ~/.kde/share/config/ folder if any accessibility or
kttsdrc is showing there.

Hope any of these indications can help identifying the problem.
