Files for KOrganizer ToDos & Calendar ... - missing filters, colors ; jor

Thanks, Perry :)  I've now gotten that done.

But, 
1) The calendar filters (View > Filters) aren't there.
2) The added colors for event types are missing (everything is standard green).
  Setings > Configure KOrganizer > Colors > Color Tab > Categories

Are these things not in the std.ics file, & some other file(s) need to be transferred?
