there is a clue there, it states
/dev/usb/ttyUSB1
it should read
/dev/ttyUSB1

there are a lot of choices in /dev but if you check your dmesg output
again you must make sure that it reads
/dev/ttyUSBx
and not
/dev/something/ttyUSBx
