I am not German so I don't know but those laws are all over the place
and mostly evil. I see these laws as the product producers trying to
make sure they get their money and I do support that but why should I
not be able to make backups of something I buy? Why can't I watch a
move a week later? What does it hurt? I think this is 10 times more
important for people with kids and kid's DVDs. They kill them in
hours. Backing up is a great way to make it worth the time to buy the
disk in the first place.
