It is still ksysguard if one wants to launch it from command-line. ;) But, 
yeah, it has lost the K in the new name.

For now, I have just observed which processes get hold of memory space while 
Kontact starts and when kmail polls mails and I see multiple nepomukservices 
and a virtuoso-t on top while kdepim freezes until these processes free memory 
again. CPU goes up to 100% pick and stays around 80% average.
