Ctrl-Tab should switch tabs in Dolphin

You can also middle-click folders and items in the Places Panel to
open them in new tabs. I have open issues for middle-clicking the
Back, Forward, and Up buttons as well as the breadcrumb navigation, if
anybody is interested.
