See bug 670788 [1]. It used to be normal after a new release in PPA that 
packages weren't completely uploaded at first, but I don't think this is the 
case now. I don't know how to check.

For now, don't hit that update button yet. For those who did there's ppa-purge 
[2]. (Never used it myself)
